Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Participation

By joining the Affiliate Program, the affiliate agrees to promote our products and services using the provided affiliate links and marketing materials in a lawful and ethical manner.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates receive a 5% commission on the net product price of each successful sale generated through their affiliate link.

The following are excluded from commission calculations:

  • Shipping costs

  • Taxes (including VAT or any applicable sales taxes)

Commissions are therefore calculated only on the net value of the purchased products.

3. Refunds and Commission Reversals

If an order is refunded, canceled, or charged back, the associated commission will be marked as rejected and will not be paid.

4. Refund Grace Period

Commissions are subject to a 28-day refund grace period. During this period, commissions remain pending and may be reversed if the customer requests a refund.

After the grace period has passed without a refund, commissions become eligible for payout.

5. Minimum Payout Threshold

Affiliate commissions can be withdrawn once the affiliate account reaches a minimum balance of €100 in approved commissions.

Balances below this amount will remain in the affiliate account until the threshold is reached.

6. Payment

Payments are issued only for approved commissions that meet the minimum payout threshold. The payment method and payout schedule may be defined separately within the affiliate dashboard or agreement.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in activities that could harm the brand or mislead customers. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Misrepresenting products or services

  • Using spam or unsolicited advertising

  • Creating misleading or fraudulent referrals

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, terms, and conditions, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes where appropriate.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions that do not meet the minimum payout threshold may be forfeited.
