– All submissions must be entirely original. Copyright infringement and the use of third-party copyrighted material without proper rights or licenses are strictly prohibited.
– You retain full copyright ownership of your submitted track. By entering the contest, you grant SONICWARE the right to freely use, reproduce, and share the submitted video and audio for promotional and marketing purposes.
– SONICWARE reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with the submission guidelines, violates these rules, or is deemed inappropriate.
– No compensation will be provided for submitted entries beyond the stated prizes.
– All judging decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
